Why Tierra Blanca is the right neighborhood

Tierra Blanca occupies the hillside north of Puerto Escondido's center, where larger lots and an elevated position combine to produce the kind of ocean-view homes that elsewhere on the Oaxacan coast cost two or three times as much. It's a genuine residential neighborhood — a mix of local families and international residents who chose space and views over walking distance to the beach.

The beaches and town are a quick drive, not a walk — and the trade-off is real: more land, more privacy, and a home with a view. Infrastructure is improving fast, and prices remain well below what comparable view properties trade for in established coastal markets.
