After researching for a year, we bought a condo in La Punta with Benjamin’s help. He was incredible — no-pressure, knowledgeable, and communicative.

In the end, we were deciding between one condo and another that was 2x the price. We were torn but I give him a lot of credit for never pushing us to the higher commission property — in fact, it was opposite.

It has been 6 months since we bought the condo — it’s under construction — and he has remained 100% engaged with photos and construction updates.

My wife and I couldn’t be happier.
